Statement of Faith
We believe in the inerrancy of the Bible; It is the supreme and complete source of truth
written by Godly authors under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit.
2 Timothy 3:16
We believe in the Trinity; God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as one
(these three are co-equal as God).
Ephesians 3:14-19
We believe Jesus is the Son of God. He is part of the Trinity. He is eternal and co-equal with the Father.
John 1:1-5
We believe Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin.
Matthew 1:22-23
We believe Jesus Christ’s perfect sacrifice, he died on the cross for the sins of all humanity.
He rose three days later from the grave to be victorious over death and sin and will reign
as King of Kings for all eternity.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4
We believe in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is part of the Trinity and is eternal and co-equal with
the Father and the Son. He also lives within Christians once they accept Christ as their personal Savior.
John 14:25-26
We believe man is made in God’s image and he incurred a sinful nature due to the sin of Adam and
was separated from God, in need of a Savior.
Genesis 1:26, Romans 5:12
We believe in salvation, being born again. Salvation is God’s gift of eternal life to man, through his
Son Jesus Christ’s death on the cross and resurrection. Salvation is given through faith by God’s
grace and not based on man’s effort
John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6, Romans 10:9-10, John 3:7
We believe in baptism by immersion. Baptism is an act of immersion in water, a testimony to the world
of the salvation which has already
taken place. It is a picture that shows our sins totally washed away
and now risen in a new life through Christ.
Romans 6:4-5
We believe in the Rapture before the tribulation to take the church from earth to heaven.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ, not as a baby, but as King of Kings.
Revelation 19:11-16
We believe in eternal security. Our salvation is not maintained on our own effort, or we would lose it. It is God’s grace and
divine power that keeps us secure for all eternity.
John 10:28-30
We believe the Bible teaches tithing.
Genesis 14:20, Malachi 3:10, 1 Corinthians 16:1-2
We believe in Communion, the Lord’s Supper.
1 Corinthians 11:23-28
We believe life begins at conception. The unborn child needs to be protected; therefore, we are opposed to abortion.
Psalm 139:13-14, Psalm 127:3
