| Real Families Coming June 1st! | Say "hello" to small group learning that can really enhance your family life. On Sunday, June 1, 2008, ABT will launch the new ministry - Real Families. Designed to provide support and on-target curriculum, small groups will be geared for young married couples, parents of preschoolers, elementary children and teens, as well as blended families and single parents. Class registration begins Sunday May 4th in the lobby (narthex) outside Temple Auditorium. |
F May is Ministry Month! |
You might be new to ABT and have just been waiting to get involved in ministry; or maybe you are ready to try something different in the coming year. Well your opportunity is just around the corner. The Ministry Fair takes place every Sunday in May. Display tables will line the narthex and everyone will have a chance to see what each ministry is all about and commit to a particular ministry for the next year. Then on Sunday evening May 18th at 5 pm in the Fellowship Hall all ministry volunteers and new recruits are invited to a Ministry Celebration and appreciation dinner. We are expecting close to 500 to attend so be ready when the tickets go on sale in the Narthex May 4th! Don't forget our motto - "Every member a minister!" |
